Thank you for a fantastic opening week, Starkville! The response has been overwhelming. Everything we can put on the shelf gets snatched up instantly, and the reviews have all been great!
Now I must take a moment to step and back and assess what we have learned. My goal is to have a variety of breads available to you on the shelf throughout the day, as well as introduce new and interesting lunch items, like our Pizza with Buffalo Mozzarella. Because all of our products are hand made and slowly fermented over several days, scheduling is a big puzzle to figure out. We will take just a few days to get organized and finish equipping our shop, then we will be back in full force.
